$140 per 50 minute session. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider
or employee benefit plan. I am a Preferred Provider for United Healthcare (Optum), CIGNA, Aetna, and Value Options insurance plans, and also accept Medicare B. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?What is my deductible and has it been met?How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?What is the coverage amount per therapy session, or what is my co-pay per session?Is approval required from my primary care physician?Cancellation Policy
You will be charged for your scheduled appointment if you do not show up, or if you cancel without notifying me at least 24 hours in advance.
